A 30-Day Organic Website Promotion Plan

A simple month-long plan for improving a website, publishing useful content and building several free discovery channels.

Practical website-growth guidance from LinkCommon

A 30-day plan can turn vague promotion into a sequence of manageable actions. The goal is not explosive growth in one month. It is to leave the website with stronger pages, better distribution and a repeatable routine.

Days 1–5: Fix the foundation

Check navigation, mobile usability, page speed, contact information and the main call to action. Make sure important pages have clear titles and descriptions. Submit or confirm your sitemap with search tools and create or claim relevant website profiles.

Days 6–10: Build useful entry pages

Publish two or three specific articles that answer real questions. Link them to related existing pages and to a useful next step such as a product, download or email signup.

Days 11–15: Create distribution assets

Turn the new articles into short videos, pins, social posts or simple graphics. Schedule several variations rather than sharing the exact same message repeatedly.

Days 16–20: Expand discovery

Submit the website to relevant discovery services and directories. Claim your LinkCommon website profile and add the free LinkCommon Search & Discovery widget if it fits your site. Look for one or two community or partnership opportunities that are genuinely relevant.

Days 21–25: Improve what already exists

Update older pages, add internal links to the new content, improve weak calls to action and refresh outdated information. Strong old pages can become distribution hubs for new material.

Days 26–30: Review and choose the next month

Look at search impressions, traffic sources, popular pages, outbound clicks and conversions. Choose the two or three channels that produced the most useful activity and make those the foundation of the next month.

At the end of 30 days, the win is not only a traffic number. You should have a stronger website, more entry points, more promotional assets and a clearer idea of where to spend your time.
